Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 August 2026

By creating an account or using WA Campaign ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

WA Campaign lets you link a WhatsApp number you control and send messages to contacts you provide. The Service is a self-hosted tool; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Accounts & approval

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • New accounts require administrator approval before they can be used.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
  • Violate WhatsApp's or Meta's Terms of Service or Business Messaging Policy.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or scrape/harvest contacts unlawfully.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your recipients.

4. WhatsApp & account bans

Bulk or unsolicited messaging can cause WhatsApp to restrict or permanently ban your number. You accept this risk. The Service applies humanized sending delays to reduce risk, but does not and cannot guarantee your number will not be banned.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the contact lists and message content you upload. You grant the Service permission to process and transmit that content solely to deliver the campaigns you create.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and message delivery depends on WhatsApp's platform, which is outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this instance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from banned numbers, undelivered messages, or misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See the "last updated" date above.

This is a general template provided for a self-hosted deployment and is not legal advice. The operator of this instance should adapt it to their jurisdiction, add a governing-law clause, and insert real contact details before relying on it.
